If yes, all your cancer-related treatments should be fully publicly covered by the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA). The formulary is available publicly and it can be reviewed to see if the medication is covered and under which circumstances. 

If your treatment requires special authorization, your prescriber must submit a request to the SCA Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee for review and approval.
